You will be surprised by the diversity of the scenery; there is the open river area - Demer (one of the largest in Flanders), the pinewoods and the typical ‘Hageland’ hills which dominate the landscape.

B&B Het huis van peter Mot is close to the city of Aarschot (only 3km away) and not far away from the E314, which easily connects travellers to Leuven, Brussels, Diest and Hasselt.

We are in the middle of the biking network and the GR Hageland is almost in our backyard, while the “Merode” – hiking network - is just around the corner.

The vineyards in the region and the museum “Het bezoekcentrum van de Hagelandse wijn”.

And last but not least: The city of Aarschot “Stad Aarschot” and its amazing OLV Church, ‘s Hertogemolens, CC Het Gasthuis and the city-brewery “Aarschotse Bruine”.
